Modern Enterprise Solutions has ability to test and repair many various lines of networking, transport, switching and PBX equipment. Our team of specialists will first analyze the problem before even receiving the actual line card. There have been instances where we can solve the problems just through consultation.
The MES Testing Team utilizes industry-accepted testing procedures and equipment to test every possible facet of equipment. Based on the actual testing, most equipment includes running simulated live production data, voice, and signaling through the platforms to ensure operational success once installed in the customer network. Our testing team has designed a fully functional, diverse, and completely interchangeable lab environment that allows the complete diagnostic testing of nearly every form of network and telecommunication equipment. In addition to passing traffic over the equipment to validate performance capabilities and interface functionality, our testing team also runs a complete gauntlet of power, signaling, and electrical testing.
Once you receive an estimate for repair cost and decide to have the card repaired. After receiving defective material, MES strives for quick repair turn-around times as short as 1-2 weeks. If the card can’t be repaired and is deemed defective, no charge will be assessed.
Please send us any of your requirements, including the malfunctioning part number, manufacturer and item description. Our technicians would also like to see any available test reports or a description of the specific item that may be in failure.
Repair work will be guaranteed for minimum 90 days and possibly one year depending on the equipment. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
